Aela was just one day old and all alone in someone’s backyard. Her eyes were still closed, and she couldn’t see anything yet. A kind lady heard Aela crying and asked for help on the internet.

Aela’s Journey Begins

A woman named Ashley, who loves to help kittens, saw the message and knew she had to help right away. Even though it was late at night, she put on a mask and gloves and went to get Aela.

The lady who found Aela had kept her warm and tried to find her mom, but the mom cat didn’t come back. This might have been because Aela was born with a cleft nose, which made her different.

The Poor Finds a Home 

Ashley took Aela home and saw that she had a special nose and a small hole in the roof of her mouth. This meant Aela couldn’t drink milk from a bottle; she needed to be fed with a tube.

Even with her special nose, Aela was growing up just like any other kitten. She knew Ashley’s smell and liked to snuggle in her hands. Ashley felt like Aela knew she was being helped.

After a week, Aela had grown a lot. She was now a chubby little kitten, and Ashley was very happy about that.
